A walk to the Post Box

To celebrate the end of our people who help us topic, the children in Reception had a chance to write their own postcards to someone who helps us in our community. On Friday we walked to the post box together to post them.

Making our own emergency vehicles

Reception have designed and are currently making their own emergency vehicles. We have collected old boxes, containers and pots and have thought about the different shapes that we need to use. Terrific teamwork!

Reception are continuing to enjoy taking part in PE lessons. Last week we focused on improving our control. We worked in small teams to complete different tasks such as throwing and catching a small ball, aiming and throwing into hoops, bouncing and catching a large ball, and controlling a ball with a hockey stick!
