Good morning Year 3.
I hope you are enjoying our new English task all around the short film Marshmallow (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwXFVqKuH-w). Today, I would like you to carry on, using the work you did yesterday to create an opening for your setting description. Try your very best and remember your punctuation and capital letters. If you are struggling thinking of your first sentence, you can borrow one from me:
Night was creeping in. The water on the lake was barely moving and the sky was a brilliant blue-violet colour.
If you are really proud of your work then please send it to me at email@example.com
For your maths task, we are revisiting subtraction. Again, do the best you can then use the answer sheet to check.
Spreading Rainbow Joy.
Remember to email all of your rainbow related activities to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The pictures we have received so far are excellent and we would like many more to add to our wonderful rainbow montage, which we plan to post to the school website on Friday. Please try to send in your entries for this weeks Rainbow challenge by Thursday. I look forward to seeing all of your great rainbow work.
