Hello Year 5.
Here are your home learning tasks for today.
Today’s number patterns include numbers with fractions. Think carefully about the size of the fractions and how they are either increasing or decreasing.
Follow the instructions on the worksheet carefully, I would like you to identify the different clauses in each sentence. The work you are doing today includes ‘relative clauses’. A relative clause is a specific type of subordinate clause that adapts, describes or modifies a noun. Relative clauses add information to sentences by using a relative pronoun such as who, that or which.
As the weather has taken a turn and it seems very windy outside, why not try and make your own windmill. Follow this YouTube tutorial, you should ask an adult for advice when using the pin to connect everything together. Have fun decorating them with lots of different colours.
