Year 5 PE

Year 5 PE

During today’s PE lesson, Year 5 have been learning about fitness. We looked at different the parts of the body that we could exercise which could help keep us fit. Then, the children took part in a circuit training session. There were 5 stations in total, each working a slightly different part of the body. Year 5 worked extremely hard and by at the looking last photo, it is clear to see the children were very tired afterwards.
