Great North Museum – Hancock

This week, Year Three went on a fantastic trip to the Great North Museum – Hancock, in Newcastle.

The children went to find out more about the Stone Age and see some real Stone Age artifacts dating back thousands of years!

Everybody had a fantastic time and we took part in special tasks such as map reading, pot making and artifact hunting.

The children were also able to explore the other exhibitions and particularly enjoyed the Egyptian displays and looking at a real mummy!
