We’ve been really busy in PE over the last few weeks, designing our own exercises. We know how to warm up, cool down and stretch our muscles so we don’t hurt ourselves.
We’ve been working in small groups to design exercises that will help strengthen muscles all over our body. We realised that we can do lots of exercises on our own and at any time. We noticed that our hearts beat faster and our breathing gets quicker when we exercise, but they quickly return to normal when we stop.
