Making Electricity

In science this week, Year 4 learnt about how a simple circuit works. All simple circuits need a cell and at least one component. The circuit needs to be complete with wires in order to work.

After we created some of our own circuits, which lit lightbulbs and made motors turn, we had to predict whether circuits would work by looking at a diagram of them.

We then tested the circuits using our own equipment to see of our predictions were correct.
