This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. We’re spending lots of time in school, not only this week, focusing on wellbeing and being positive. Today we hosted our first “Wellbeing After School Club” for KS2. We watched a resilience video, discussed ways to change our mindset, played a game outside and played Just Dance! Then, we ate some healthy snacks, decorated our own personalised book mark and our own “wellbeing mascot”, which we got very creative with! We ended our session with some happy breathing. What a brilliant start to Children’s Mental Health Week!
